AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF EASEMENT THROUGH CITY-
OWNED PROPERTY
(Harding & Lufkin)

WHEREAS, the properties presently owned by Mr. and Mrs. Francis
Harding and Mr. and Mrs. Francis Lufkin are not served by public
sewer, and
WHEREAS, the city owns the property between them and S.T.H. 24,
and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the city to execute a lease which
would provide them with access to the sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee has recommended the execution of
said document ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed easement across
city-owned property to be used for making sewers available to
the Lufkin and Harding properties (easement attached).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the easement in the name of the city.
