APPROVAL OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR GUERNSEY MEADOWS
WHEREAS, a proposed Subdivider's Agreement has been
presented to the Council by Rite Realty, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been reviewed by the members
of the Council and the City Attorney,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the Subdivider's
Agreement between Rite Realty, developers of Guernsey
Meadows Subdivision, and the City of Muskego
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the
city.
