AUTHORIZING LEASE AGREEMENT BEWEN THE
CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND IBM CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the present
lease agreement between the City of Muskego and the IBM Corporation
be continued,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve of a lease agreement between the city
and the IBM Corporation at a cost of $115.00 per month.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute said agreement in the name of the city.
