ACCEPTANCE OF LOW BID FOR GRADING ROADS IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK a WHEREAS the City has advertised for bids for rough grading the

Items (1) and (2) be accepted.
WHEREAS the City's consulting engineer has recommended that the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the low bid of Ellie Construction Company
in the amount of $43,590 for rough grading the balance of the roads in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park and the finish grading of
Gemini Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City subject to
approval by the city attorney.
