REINTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTION REGARDING VESBACH CLAIM

WHEREAS, the City has received a claim in the amount of $800.00
from Joseph Vesbach for damages to crops on land leased by him
from the City of Muskego as a result of soil borings taken
under direction of the City, and

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended payment in the
amount of $108.00 for the claimed loss.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Finance
Committee to pay to Mr. Joseph Vesbach the amount of $108.00 as
settlement of the claim submitted by him as full payment of any
and all claims under lease dated October 25, 1973.
