DIRECTING RUEKERT & MIELKE To PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR SEWER INSTALLATSON
ON LEMBEZEDER DRIVE
WHEREAS. the Common Council of the City of Muskego has received
a petition requesting sewers from residents residing on Lembezeder
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has recommended that Ruekert & Mielke
be directed to prepare plans and specifications for sewers in that
area, and that the City Attorney prepare the necessary resolutions
for presentation at the next Council meeting,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby direct, upon the recommendation of the Sewer
Comittee, the Engineering Firm of Ruekert & Mielke to develop ' plans and specifications for extension a€ sewers on Lembezeder
Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Attorney Buckley prepare the nec-
essary resolutions regarding the intent of the Council and notice of
public hearing.
