AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER LATERAL
F. MORITZ
WHEREAS the City has received a request from Mr. E. Moritz for
a refund of the sewer lateral charge for one of three laterals in-
stalled to serve three lots owned by him, and
WHEREAS the three lots presently owned by him do not have legal
lot status and will be redivided into two lots which will meet the
requirements of the zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS one of the three laterals installed will not be necessary,
e and
WHEREAS the Finance Cormnittee has recommended approval of this
request .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Finance Cormnittee
to refund to E. Moritz the sum of $240.00 for a lateral not to be used. 1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the refund shall be by check or as a
credit in the event the total sewer assessment has not been paid.
