GRANTING ONE YEAR EXTENSION TO T. BUS'S
FOR BUILDING IN INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Suburban Asphalt Co. has purchased Lot 7, Block 2, in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS plans now call for the construction of a tennis club on
the parcel purchased, and
WHEREAS they have requested that the Common Council extend for
12 months the time required for beginning construction, and
WHEREAS the request is necessary because of the difficulty in
finding sufficient capital to begin construction of the recreational
facility, and
e WHEREAS Suburban Asphalt has advised the Finance Committee that
in the event financing is not available, they plan to construct a
multiple warehouse and office complex, and
WHEREAS the Finance Committee has recommended approval of the
request.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, recognizing the problem of acquiring financing at this time,
does hereby accept the recommendation of the Finance Committee to ex-
tend for a period of not more than 12 months the time in which constuc-
tion of a building acceptable to the City must begin on Lot 7, Block 2
e in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park owned by Suburban Asphalt Co.
