e AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR
CULVERT INSTALLATIONS AS PER ORDINANCE #275
WHEREAS, Ordimnce 11275 provides that all culverts shall be
installed under city direction, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to advertise for bids to determine who
would be most qualified to install the culverts as provided in
Ordinance 11275, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that they
be authorized to advertise for bids,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Mwkego does hereby authorize that the Public Works Committee
to advertise for bids for installation of all residential culverts
#275.
required in the City of Muskego and as provided for in Ordinance
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Works Committee is directed
to report its findings and recommendations back to the Council.
