ACCEPTING OFFER TO PURCHASE PARCEL OF LAND IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
e WHEREAS the City has received an offer from the Janes Manufacturing
Company to purchase Lot 10, Block 2, in the Muskego Business/Industrial
Park for a total of $39,672.00, and
WHEREAS the offer is predicated on the condition that a 10,000
sq. ft. building meets the minimum building size requirement because
a portion of the parcel being purchased lies in the pond area, -
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase Lot 10, Block 2, in
the Muskego Business/Industrial Park for $39,672.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Comon Council recognizes that
almost .9 of an acre lies in an area being considered for water
retention and therefore accepts the 10,000 sq. ft. building as meeting
the minimum building requirements of the industrial park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City after approval
by the city attorney.
