ORDINANCE 11211, AS AMENDED
(Sewer Service Charges)
WHEREAS, the Public Sewer Cmittee has recommended
that Ordinance #211, As Amended, (Sewer Service Charges)
be amended by adding the following:
Theater 4% units ($54.00
per qtr.)
Shopping Center Mall 45 units ($54.00
per qtr.)
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council
of the City of Muskego does hereby direct the City
Attorney to draft the necessary amendment to Ordinance W211,
As Amended, to provide the following:
Theater 4% units ($54.00
per qtr.)
Shopping Center Mall 43 units ($54.00
per qtr.)
