AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH COVENANT LIVING CENTERS, INC. REGARDING
ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGE

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has adopted Resolution 1/99-75
accepting certain amendments to the Mus-Kee-Guac Planned Unit
Development and have authorized its execution by the Mayor and
City Clerk, and
WHEREAS, Covenant Living Centers, Inc. desires to pay to the
city an annual service charge, and
WHEREAS, provisions for this annual service charge is
included in the attached agreement,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the attached agreement
between the City of Muskego and Covenant Living Centers, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the agreement in the name of the city.
