RESOLUTION #99-75
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT AMENDING
THE MUS-KEE-QUAC PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
previously approved a planned unit development for Mus-Kee-Quac,
and
WHEREAS, on June 25, 1974, the Council adopted Resolution
,#116-74, amending the original planned unit development by
approving the construction of a retirement center in lieu of
the condominiums originally proposed and a reduction of the
density around the small lake from that originally proposed,
and e WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Common Council to approve
amendments to the original Mus-Kee-Quac planned unit development
agreement and to execute that amendment with Covenant Living
Centers, Inc.,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the amended subdivision
agreement for Covenant Living Centers, Inc. which has been
approved by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute Jhe document in the name of the city. d
