AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LEASE WITH E. M. BOERKE, INC.
WHEREAS the City of Muskego has previously executed a con- e tract with the E. M. Boerke Company as real estate agents for the
City’s Muskego/Business Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS it is necessary to renew the contract, and
WHEREAS the newly proposed contract changes the agent’s
commission from 6% to 10% with all the co-brokerage fees being
absorbed by the E. M. Boerke Company, and
WHEREAS the Industrial Coordinating Committee has recornended
that the contract be renewed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed contract
for the year 1975 between itself and the E. M. Boerke Company. .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Clerk
are authorized to execute the contract in the name of the City
after approval by the city attorney.
