DESIGNATING WENTLAND DRIVE AS A PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request for
a division of lands adjacent to the north leg of Wentland
Drive, and
WHEREAS, the property has sewers available to it and the
owner was assessed $3,382.11, and
WHEREAS, the division would not be possible if the land
being divided did not abut a public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to make clear its
opinion that the north segment of Wentland Drive is, in
fact, a public right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has held a meeting
with the property owners adjacent to the north leg of
Wentland Drive who have concurred that it is a public
right-of-way,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby acknowledge the north leg of
