APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED
SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request for a
division of land adjacent to Wentland Drive by Mary
Andro jna, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommend approval subject
to the following:
1. The condition that the temporary cul-de-sac at
the north end of Wentland Drive be shown on the
certified survey map.
2. The 30' strip along the north edge of Parcel B
indicated for sewer easement be dedicated to the
city for street purposes.
3. The approval of the city engineer.
and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Conunittee of the Common Council
does not agree that provisions should be made for Wentland
Drive to become a through street connecting with Gold Drive
and has recommended extension of Wentland Drive with a
cul-de-sac to serve the parcels,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey
map of the Mary Androjna property as presented.
