RESOLUTION RELEASING SURVEYOR'S BOND

e WRERFAS, on the 25th day of April, 1973, the city adopted
Resolution 882-72 accepting a Surveyor's Bond in the amount
of $5,000.00, and
WHEREAS, the Hale Park Meadows Subdivision improvements have
been accepted by the Common Council and the bond is no longer
needed,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby release the Surveyor's Bond in the amount
of $5,000.00, #86-03-494 provided the city by Jack L. LaBonte.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Fidelity ii Deposit Company of
Maryland is authorized to cancel said bond.
