AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF CASH BOND FOR HOLDING TANK

WHEREAS, on August 26, 1974, the city authorized the execution
of an agreement between Mr. Gordon Herda and the city which per-
mitted him to install a holding tank to serve a building adjacent
to Big Muskego Lake, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Herda has advised the city that he has decided not
to build on the property and therefore will not need a holding
tank and further requested that his cash bond in the amount of
$1,000.00 be returned to him,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby acknowledge the request of Mr. Gordon
Herda to cancel the agreement between himself and the city,
dated August 26 , 1974.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to
return to ,him the $1,000.00 cash bond being held by the city
as provided for in the agreement.
