ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER lU PURCHASE PARCEL
OF LAND IN MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the city has received an offer of $24,000.00 for
the purchase of Lot 9 Block 1 in the city's Business/
Industrial Park by Donald G. and Naomi A. Miller, and
WHEREAS, acceptance of the offer has been recommended by
the city's industrial broker, E. M. Boerke, Inc.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the offer to purchase
of Lot 9 Block 1, in the city's Business/Industrial Park
from Donald G. and Naomi A. Miller for a price of $24,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
