DENIAL OF LEGAL STAlUS FOR LOT 12 Block 7
MUSKEG0 SHORES SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Huskego has
been petitioned for determination of the status for
Lot 12 Block 7, Muskego Shores Subdivision, and
WREAS, the Plan Comssission has recommended denial
of the request,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of
the City of Muskego does hereby deny, upon the recom-
mendation of the City Plan Commission, the request of
Lane Altmaan for legal status for Lot 12 Block 7, Muskego
Shores Subdivision.
