CCR1975078RESOLUTION 878-75
AUTHORIZING CONTINUATION OF CONTRACT WITH
LIBAN LAWN SERVICE
WHEREAS, on July 9, 1974, the city adopted Resolution 814-74
which chose the Liban Lawn Service Co. to maintain the grounds
of the city hall - library, and
WHEREAS, the cost of maintenance for 1974 totaled $100.00 per
month, and
WHEREAS, Liban Lawn Service has submitted a proposal to again
maintain the property for $115.00 per month for 1975 in the
following way:
1. General maintenance will include cutting of
lawn every seven to ten days as necessary.
2. Trimming around buildings, curbs, signs, shrubs
and trees.
3. Cultivating and weeding of shrub beds.
4. Edging of walks as needed.
5. Two fertilizations per season.
6. One weed control application per season.
7. Pruning of trees and shrubs when necessary.
and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of this
proposal,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor to executethe agreement
with Liban Lawn Service €or property maintenance €or the year
1975 at a cost of $ll5@0 per month./) A
