DIRECTING CITY AWORNEY M DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TU AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITl OF MUSKEG0

WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain lands in the N # Section 8
in the City of Muskego be rezoned from R-2 OED to RS-2, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following described property from
R-2 OED to RS-2:
All that property in the N# Section 8, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
known as Hi Y Ranches Subdivision. - ~~ 7 -
