0 DIRECTlNG CITY ATTORNEY To DRAFT AN ORDINANCE
TO AMEND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF
THE CITY OF MUSKEGO (Dawson-Whitney Property)
1, WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Plan Commission of
the City of Muskego that certain lands in the W # of Section 5
in the City of Muskego be rezoned from RS-2 to R-1, and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby direct the City Attorney to draft
the necessary ordinance to amend the zoning district map of
the city by rezoning the following described property from
RS-2 to R-1:
Portions of property owned by Dale Dawson and
Carl Whitney lying south of Tans Drive and
west of Racine Avenue in the W # of Section 5.
City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
