WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids for the

WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended that the low bid of
Payne & Dolan for bituminous asphalt in the amount of $12.37 per ton be
accepted and the low bid of Charles Martin for liquid asphalt (SC,MC, &
RC - $.52 er gal.)and Emulsion $.52 per gal. and pea gravel for $5.90
per ton Payne and Dolan for prime or tacoat at$.% per gallon.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Mwkego
does hereby accept the low bids of Payne & Dolan for Bituminous Asphalt
in the amount of $12.37 per ton and Charles Martin Co. in the amount of
$.52 per gal. for MC.SC. and RC Road Oil and Emulsion at $.52 and Pea
Gravel at-$5.90 per ton, and Payne & .Dola eor tacoat at $.58 per gal.
