RESOLUTION #72-75
REJECTION OF BIDS FOR CITY OWNED LAND ON DURHAM DRIVE
WHEREAS, bids had been advertised for the sale of approximately
5 acres of city owned land on Durham Drive, and
WHEREAS, the following bids have been received:
T. J. Poplin - 1623 E. Beverly Rd., Shorewood, WI
Approximately five (5) acres - $6,000.00 plus $2,500.00
sewer assessment
Hallada COnStNCtiOn - MacLen Dr., Hales Corners, WL
Approximately five (5) acres - $7,500.00
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Finance Committee that the
above bids are not acceptable,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby reject the following bids for land on Durham
Drive :
T. J. Poplin - 1623 E. Beverly Rd., Shorewood, WI
Approximately five (5) acres - $6,000.00 plus $2,500.00
sewer assessment
Hallada Construction - MacLen Dr., Hales Corners, WI
Approximately five (5) acres - $7,500.00
