CCR1975069RESOLUTION #69-75
PROVIDING ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO CYNTHIA HAYDEN
WHEREAS, the Common Council recently approved the 1975
salary contract between the City and the Wisconsin Council
of County and Municipal Employees, Local #2412, and
WflEREAS, the position is now vacant and will be filled by
the former Utility Clerk, Cynthia Hayden, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that Mrs.
Hayden be given additional compensation over and above
that provided for the position of Receptionist-Clerk in
the agreement with the Union so that it is not necessary
€or her to take a reduction in salary as she moved to here
new position, and
WHEREAS, it is not the intention of the Council to amend the
agreement in any way,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to pay Cynthia
Hayden $22.89 over the established rate of pay (18 month step)
for the position of Receptionist-Clerk. 1
