ABOLISHING THE POSITION OF UTILITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the position of Utility Clerk was established ,
€or the purpose of billing and collecting monies relating
to the Muskego Sewer Utility District, and
WHEREAS, by the adoption of Ordinance 8290 the sewer
usage charge is being collected through the tax roll and
therefore the duties of that posftion have been reduced
to the point where the Finance Committee has recommended
that it be abolished,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Comon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby abolish the position of
Utility Clerk.
