AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR PERSONAL PROPERTY
ASSESSMENT REPORTED IN ERROR
WHEREAS, Assessor Paul DeAngelis has reported that the
accountant for Mr. Harvey Kebbekus had erred in his
personal property report to the city, and
WHEREAS, the Assessor also reported the difference between
the original and amended report would be $103.89, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Finance Committee
that a refund be made to Mr. Kebbekus,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize a refund in the amount
of $103.89 be paid to Mr. Harvey Kebbekus due to an error
by his accountant.
