APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH LAMAR-SCHREIBER
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board has recommended that
a contract between Lakfar-Schreiber 6 Associates be executed
which would provide for the site development of Mill Valley
School, and
WHEREAS, the above firm is presently working under contract
for the planning and development of other parks within the
City,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve of the proposed contract between
LaMar-Schreiber and the City of Muskego for site development
of Mill Valley School,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk and Mayor are authorized
to execute the necessary documents in the name of the City.
