AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE COMMITTEE TO ADVERTISE
CITY-OWNED LAND ON DURHAM DRIVE FOR SALE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is interested in selling approx-
imately five acres of city-owned land on Durham Drive north of
Woods Road, and
WHEREAS, it may be to the advantage of the City to sell same,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to advertise
for sale approximately five acres of land on Durham Drive, north
of Woods Road in Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Committee is directed
to review the bids and report back to the Council with their
recommendation.
