AUTHORIZING BUILDING INSPECTION DEPARTMENT TO
PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS FOR FORCED HOOKUP ON
WOODS ROAD
("G" District)
WHEREAS, Mr. Alexander K. Romanski, S72 W14016 Woods Road, has
requested that the city make the necessary connection for his
residence into the city sewer system, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the above connection be placed
out on bids and the charge be levied against his real estate
taxes ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Building Inspection Depart-
ment to prepare the necessary plans and specifications for the
connection of the Alexander K. Romanski residence, located at
572 W14016 Woods Road, into the municipal sewer system.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Sewer Committee is authorized
to accept the lowest bid in the name of the city and that the
Clerk and Mayor are authorized to execute the necessary document
in the name of the city.
