APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, the Common Council has received a request for approval
of a certified survey map to finalize a land division on the west
side of Lannon Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the certified
survey map, and
WHEREAS, The city engineer has given his approval,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of 0 Muskego does hereby approve a certified survey map covering a land
division on the west side of Lannon Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section
9.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the condition
that a deed restriction be recorded combining parcel 1 of the cert-
ified survey map with Lot 1, Block 1, Meadowdale Subdivision, and
indicating that parcel 1 of the certified survey map shall be used
as open space and access to the lake for Lot 1, Block 1, Meadowdale
Subdivision.
