CREATION OF POSITION OF BOOKKEEPER-CLERK I
WHEREAS, the city has applied and received permission to
hire a Bookkeeper-Clerk under CETA Title VI Program, and
WHEREAS, the program was established for the purpose of
providing funds for the unemployed, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Finance Committee
that the position of Bookkeeper-Clerk I be established in
order that the requirements of the program can be met, and
WHEREAS, it would be the intent of the city to abolish
the position at the time the funding expires and fill the
Bookkeeper-Clerk position with the CETA employee if she or
he qualifies and if the position is vacant, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended the salary
for the Bookkeeper-Clerk I position shall be $500.00 per
month and after six months be increased to $575.00,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby create the position of Book-
keeper-Clerk I with the following salary:
