DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY To PREPARE AN
AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
(Basse Property)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has been petitioned to rezone
certain lands in Section 10 (Basse Property) from RS-2 and
RS-3 to RS-2 with an OPD, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
petition and the planned development as to the appropriateness
and desirability of the proposed zoning change, the suitability
of the building site and development plans, and,
WHEREAS, Resolution #6-75, adopted by the Council on the 14th
day of January, 1975, declared its intent to provide sewers to
this subdivision,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of the Plan
Commission as it relates to the planned development known as
Guernsey Meadows presented at a public hearing held on October
8, 1974, and directs the City Attorney to prepare the necessary
implementing ordinance to amend the zoning map of the City of
Muskego accordingly.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it would be the intent of the Council
to withhold final adoption of that ordinance until such a time
as all provisionsofthe Zoning Ordinance as it relates to the
planned development have been fulfilled including the developer's
agreement financial guarantee.
