RESOLUTION #30-75
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF $650.00
FOR AN UPDATED MOODY RATING
our Fin lancial Consultant, Mr. Seegar Swanson of
Ehlers and Associates, has recommended that the city obtain
an updated rating of municipal bonds from Moody Investor’s
Service, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the cost of such a rating would amount to a sum
of not more than $650.00, and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of a contract between
the City of Muskego and Moody’s Investor’s Service, Inc.
at a cost not to exceed $650.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name
of the city subject to review by the City Attorney.
