APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
(Oleinik Property-Town of Vernon)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request for approval for
a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of Vernon
on lands owned by George Oleinik, and
WHEREAS, it is within the three-mile limit of the City of
Muskego and therefore falls under the extra-territorial
powers of the city, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended to the Common
Council approval of the preliminary plat,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat of the
lands owned by George Oleinik in the Town of Vernon.
