INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP (NE% SEC 12 - Agenten, Katsfey & Koeferl)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the zoning district map be amended by
rezoning the undeveloped portions of the Agenten,
Katsfey and Koeferl properties in the NE of Section 12
from RS-3 to RS-2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does herebyinitiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the zoning
district map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the un-
developed portions of the Agenten, Katsfey and Koeferl
properties in the NE of Section 12 from RS-3 to RS-2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for
the proposed rezoning shall be March 11, 1975, at 7:15 P.M.
