AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SRL'ER LATERAL

WHEREAS, the Common Council on the 10th day of December, 1974,
Block 3, Hillview Farm Plat,
adopted Resolution #283-74 denying legal status for Lots 8 and 9,
WHEREAS, Mr. Shine had been charged for two sewer laterals, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recomnended that a refund in
the amount of $240.00 covering the cost of one lateral be given
to Mr. Shine,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the refund in the amount of
$240.00 be given to Donald Shine covering the cost of one
sewer lateral.
