APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR RESCUE SERVICE
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City of Muskego and the Tess
Corners Volunteer Fire Department to enter into an agreement
whereby the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department will supply
rescue service to the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of a contract between
the City of Muskego and the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said contract will remain in
effect until February 15, 1976, and that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be authorized to execute the contract in the name
of the City.
