INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: Luedtke, Schaefer & Diekfuss Property)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the zoning district map be amended by
rezoning the Chester Luedtke, Fred Schaefer and Harold
Diekfuss properties, south of Janesville Road in Sections
10 and 11, from RS-3 to RS-2,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Commission, to amend the zoning
district map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the Chester
Luedtke, Fred Schaefer and Harold Diekfuss properties in
Sections 10 and 11, south of Janesville Road, from RS-3
to RS-2.
BE IT FVRTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be Fe9,Tary 25, at 7:20 P.M.
