RESOLUTION 820-75
INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: Hi-Y Ranches Sub.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
recommended that the zoning district map be amended by
rezoning Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision from R-2 OED to RS-2,
THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Cmission, to amend the
zoning district map of the City of Muskego by rezoning
Hi-Y Ranches Subdivision from R-2 OED to RS-2.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public Hearing date for
the proposed rezoning shall be February 25, 1975, at
7:lO P.M. n
