RESOLUTION #19- 75
INITIATING PETITION TO AMEND ZONING DISTRICT MAP
(Re: SW comer of Racine Ave. & Tans Dr.)
WHEREAS, the Plan Cmission of the City of Muskego has recom-
mended that the zoning district map be mended by rezoning
the southwest comer of Racine Ave. and Tans Drive in Section 5
from RS-2 to R-1,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby initiate a petition, upon the
recommendation of the Plan Cmission, to amend the zoning
district map of the City of Muskego by rezoning the southwest
comer of Racine Ave. and Tans Drive from RS-2 to R-1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public hearing date for the
proposed rezoning shall be Febru ry 25, 1975, at 7:OO P.M. A
