AUTHORIZING A REFUND TO CARL GRATZEK
(Sewer Assessment)
WHEREAS, the Common Council on the 12th day of November, 1974,
adopted Resolution #261-74 denyea request by Carl Gratzek
for a redivision of Lots 3, 4 and 6, Block 19, Jewel Crest
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, as a result of that denial the city has been request-
ed by Carl Gratzek to assess the property involved as a single
comer lot with one lateral rather than two separate lots with
two laterals, and
WHEREAS, the present sewer assessment is $2,001.00 and a change
in that assessment in order to reflect a single corner lot serv-
ed by one lateral would amount to $1,549.07, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Cormnittee has recommended that the change in
assessment be granted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby amend the present assessment on Lots 3 and 4,
Block 19, Jewel Crest Subdivision, amount to $2,001.00 to a
single corner lot assessment with one lateral amounting to $1,549.07.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized to make the
necessary adjustment and to refund any monies which may have been
made.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this change in assessment is subject
to the combining of Lots 3 and 4, Block 19, Jewel Crest Subdivision,
into a single parcel. e
