AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR SEWER USAGE CHARGE

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has been advised that a
delinquent service charge was inadvertently omitted
during an exchange of ownership of property, and
WHEREAS, the present owner, Mr. and Mrs. Manfred Opitz
have requested that they be refunded a sewer service
charge in the amount of $19.80 which had become delinquent
by previous owners, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
refund be made, e THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Clerk to refund
the amount of $19!80, delinquent sewer service charge, to
Mr. and Mrs. Manfred Opitz.
