DENIAL OF CLAIM

BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee,
the City Attorney and the City's insurance carrier, does
hereby deny the claim of Ervin Schuller, S80 W19083 Janesville
Road in the amount of $150.00 for damages to his home resulting
from the installation of sewers.
