AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF WEED HARVESTER
* WHEREAS the Common Council adopted Resolution #9-75 author-
izing the Finance Committee to negotiate for the purchase
of a weed harvester from the Aquamarine Corporation, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee was directed to report its
recommendation back to the Council, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the
City purchase a weed harvester and related equipment for
a sum not to exceed $76,790.00 and that the Clerk and
Mayor be authorized to execute the necessary document in
the name of the City ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the recommendation of
the Finance Committee to purchase a weed harvester and
related equipment from the Aquamarine Corporation for a
sum not to exceed $76,790.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are author-
ized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the
City after approval by the Cit Attorney.
