RESOLUTION 810-75
AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISING OF BIDS FOR ,A
NEW SEWER CLEANER
WHEREAS, the Public Morks Committee has recommended that the
city purchase a new sewer cleaner, and
WHEREAS, fifty per-cent of the cost of such equipment would be
borne by the Public Works capital budget and the other fifty
per cent would be borne by the utility district, and
WHEREAS, that portion of the cost to be borne by the Public
Works Department has been provided for in the 1975 capital
budget,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego does hereby authorize the Public Works Department
to advertise for bids for a new sewer cleaner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the results of the bids with the
recommendation of the Public Works Committee will be submitted
to the Common Council for action? /I
