RESOLUTION 1/6-75
INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMIT CONNECTION
INTO ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM
(Alvin Basse Property)
WHEREAS, the city has received a request to permit the developers
of the Alvin Basse property to connect into the city's municipal
sewer system, and
WHEREAS, a preliminary proposal of the development has been re-
commended for approval by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee of the Common Council. has determined
that sufficient capacity is available to serve the proposed devel-
opment, and
WHEREAS, the proposed development meets the 65% restrictions establish-
ed by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Committee's recommendation is predicated upon
approval of the final plat within six months of the date of the
adoption of this resolution, the execution of a satisfactory
developer's agreement and the beginning of construction of the
improvements within a year of the date of the adoption of this
resolution.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this approval is with the understand-
ing that an acceptable developer's agreement will be executed and
approval of the final plat will take place within six months of the
adoption of this resolution and the construction of the improvements
will begin within one year of theAoption of this resolution. //
