INDICATING THE CITY'S INTENT TO PERMIT CONNECTION
INTO ITS MUNICIPAL SEWER SYSTEM

WHEREAS, the city has received a request to permit the developers
of the Kristin Downs Subdivision to connect into the city's mun-
icipal sewer system, and
WHEREAS, a preliminary proposal of the development has been
recommended for approval by the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Cmittee of the Conunon Council has determined
that sufficient capacity is available to serve the proposed
development, and
WHEREAS, the proposed development meets the 65% restrictions
established by the Common Council, and
WHEREAS, the Sewer Conunittee's recmendation is predicated
upon approval of the final plat within six months of the date
of the adoption of this resolution, the execution of a satis-
factory developer's agreement and the beginning of construction
of the improvements within a year of the date of the adoption
of this resolution.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cmon Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recmendation of the Sewer Committee,
does hereby declare its intent to permit the development known
as Kristin Downs to connect into the city's sewer system.
BE IT FLTRTHER RESOLVED that this approval is with the under-
standing that an acceptable developer's agreement will be
executed and approval of the final plat will take place within
six months of the adoption of this resolution and the construction
of the improvements will begin within one year of the adoption
of this resolution. 0
