AUTHORIZING A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AGMEMENT
FOR ADDRESSOGRAPH AND GRAPHOTYPE BETWEEN THE CITY
OF MUSKEG0 AND THE SLATER EQUIPMENT COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a proposed
Preventive Maintenance Agreement between the City of Muskego
and the Slater Equipment Company for the city's /I1900 addresso-
graph and the W6300 graphotype be accepted,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of an agreement between
the City of Muskego and the Slater Equipment Company for a
Preventive Maintenance Agreement for a $I1900 addressograph
and a #6300 graphotype at a cost not to exceed $224.00 €or
the year 1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be authorized to
execute the agreement in behalf offthe city.
